Our staff of Kathleen and Reanna keep the Old Vic anaesthetists organised. They are hard working and enthusiastic. During work hours they are available to answer general patient questions about anaesthesia, the procedure or payments. They also book preoperative assessments of patients when it is required and can put patients in touch with their anaesthetist if they have specific queries. They are very knowledgeable about how health funds work and can assist patients if they need help with paperwork. They are also an important point of contact between our anaesthetists and the surgeons rooms and are able to help organise list cover for surgeons. As part of the Old Vic service our staff will also help surgeons organise anaesthetic cover for when our anaesthetists are on leave.
